PROMA is a Google MarketPlace App developed by BigBio Team, which is a major collaboration of multiple software developers.
PROMA allows annotating proteomics datasets using the proteomics metadata standard MAGE-TAB in Google Spreadsheet by accessing the following vocabulary services:
- NBCO Bioportal
- EMBL-EBI Ontology Lookup Service
This work is licensed through a BSD-3-Clause License. The service/application has been powered by the OntoMaton tool developed by the ISA Team.
